Seriously now, I heard calderon controlled the first half of the fight and but was attacked vigorously by cazares in the 7th where calderon slipped. Calderon was KD'ed in the 8th and was clinching to survive the round and he also slipped in the 9th. Calderon was able to recover in the 10th and was able to deliver a good right straight in the 11th and rode a bicycle in the last round. Is that what happened carnal? |

having lost your title by SD to a boxing genius, calderon, is nothing to be ashamed about. at least cazares had a title to lose. however, the way in which mayol and bautista lost their fights is utterly embarrassing to say the least. what have they ever won? yeah, that's what i thought! see, the big difference between latino fans and pinoy fans is this, whenever your fighters lose you call them losers and you immediately disassociate yourselves from them. when our fighters lose we encourage them to win a rematch because we know we are the best. we never downgrade our fighters because we're not bandwagon fans!

Well, Mayol is indeed overrated I never thought he was special to be honest. But Boom-Boom said Fock it I'm 21 I'll fight anybody. He is tired of fighting nobodies and 8-10 rounders. So he thought he'll fight De leon to see what his average is in boxing lol. And he didn't get past rnd 1. I dont know about his kid future but all the best. Ah, again ah Mexico > ALA boxers at this stage of time. Also Suico you saw his a tough kid Diaz was hitting him with everything and ah Jaca a bum he got KD twice by MR Miyagi Saturday night in the first round which Marquez couldn't do. But ah Mr Miyagi got robbed, fight was stopped due to a headclash which there was none it was caused by a punch... Mr Mayagi sun got robbed in P.I..  |

you won't believe me but i actually like rodel mayol. i actually like him. he reminds me of a very respectful young guy with good morals. i'm just glad he got his ass kicked because HIS fans not him were downgrading solis. they thought it was going to be such an easy fight blah blah blah...i also actually like jimrex jaca, except for the kissing part! but he is a likeable guy and he did show me a warriors mentalilty. i'm still puzzled why he didn't get up from the kd in the 9th round. he was proabably disoriented or something because he didn't seem to be that hurt. bernabe concepcion like i mentioned before is my favorite pinoy fighter. i like his style and he reminds me of an aztec warrior. suico? i don't know what he's lacking. i mean he does have a very solid punch and he even has an even more solid chin. his hand speed is fine. it must be his technique. he seems confused out there at times. also his footwork needs alot of work. let me tell you something, i think freddie roach is doing some pinoy fighters more harm than good. i mean look at a. j. banal. i think he's a pretty good prospect, nothing special mind you. but for roach to brand him as the best prospect in the WORLD? there are literally hundreds of prospects around the world with his kind of ko power and speed. only time will tell. do you know how much unwarranted pressure he just put on this banal kid? and you watch, as soon as he loses his first fight his fans are going to jump off that bandwagon like pronto and that's not fair to the kid. just like they jumped off the bautista bandwagon the moment his got ko'd.

actually, i am more of spanish descent than anything else. my fore fathers from both sides of my families came here from spain. all my relatives live in new mexico. we still keep alot of spanish traditions, old spanish words, and traditions. we are very much different from mexicans from mexico but at least we speak pretty much the same language. i've asked my grandparents if we had relatives from mexico and they said no. you know what, i wasn't always like this. you're not gonna believe this but when i was stationed in the philippines i used to say that if God told me i couldn't be a hispanic anymore and i had to pick what ethnic group to be i would be a pinoy. i know, i know, it's hard to believe but it's true. when i was stationed on 3 ships i always had a good rapport with pinoys. i even stuck up for them all the time when some anglos would tell them to speak english even on their own time. i used to stand up and say they could speak whatever language they wanted on their own time and if they didn't like it they should learn how to speak tagalog. they treated me with respect as i did them. now fast forward to the present day...but i never in my wildest dreams would have thought how alot of them have it in for mexicans. i was and still am shocked because when i was in the philippines stationed there for eight years i never encountered this bravado if you will. but anyways, i could be the nicest guy in the world but if someone fucks with my family i go fucking crazy! but don't worry compadre, i'll stay out of trouble and keep on taking my daily walks in the park feeding mi paloma friends!
